Oh, that's adorable. - even when I throw a second look at it, it still seems to me as if the girl would just wait for her wings to spead out of her body.
I'm not that experienced when it comes to photomanipulations but I think this one is very well done - I don't even saw it was one, when I looked at it for the first time! What caught my eye was the colouring of the girls beautiful pink dress and the grey of the cite and the combination of innocence (underlined with the game she's playing right now) with metropolis. Contradictorily - that's what I like most in pictures! And I think the artist established that in a great way.

I like how the girl stands out against the background (her dress is AMAZING I want it, haha) and yet it gets picked up because there seems to be a slight pinky/peacy hue there as well. I don't know if that's manipulation on your behalf or just a good bg choice, but it makes the two blend really well without drawing your attention away from the girl
