Well, devmeet is still on, we're got a good couple of people coming, and they're bringing friends, so I'm super excited, but I'm so worried that we're not going to have enough to do to keep them enteretained! Plus, I'm starting to panic about my costume! It's gonna look mighty strange for a buxomly, able-boddied 18-year-old girl to carry cane with her, wearing a top hat and a monocle made from a hoop earing (the monocle creation was thejamma's idea, I thought it was brilliant!). They're gonna think I'm mad! And I can't exactly hide a cane! Lol, I know my cheeks are gonna be red by the time I get to manchester. I'm wondering if I should exchange for an umbrella? One of those really smart long ones? Hmm. Oh, plus, I have nothing to wear. I have black cottony trousers, but that's about it. So I'll probably turn up in a nice white floral patterned top, or something.

God, I'm gonna look like an idiot, but at least I'll be an idiot with a big grin on my face!

On, and on side note, I'm really getting into Resident Evil 4. I started playing it a few days ago, and now I'm hooked!

We're probably going to meet up at the Queen Victoria Statue on the steps, wait around 15 minutes for everyone to turn up, then head off for a bite to eat and a tea/coffee/beer or something to all break the ice, Then we'll wander round the city landmarks for people to take photos, draw sketches, whatever takes their fancy, then on to a restaurant or pub or something for some food and a bit more beer? Probably during the middle of it all, we'll head back to Picadilly Gardens and play a few games like twister, or hide and seek!

thejamma and I though we could make recognising each other a little easier, as well as a little humourous! British fancy dress! Come as you like, really, but I think we'd love it if you guys could come in something stereotypically British, so we'd stand out, e.g. monocle, cane, even a cardboard top hat would do! I'll be coming with a cane and top hat, and I'll probably squiggle on a moustache or something!</i>
